On March 8th, we attended the International Women’s Day Gala hosted by WEST of Windsor (Women’s Enterprise Skills Training of Windsor Inc.), and left with a New Partnership Award, sponsored by TD.
This one means something different to us than a ranking or a review. WEST works to help women across Windsor-Essex reach their goals through employment support, training, skill development, and settlement help for newcomers and immigrants. Over the past year, we got to be part of that in a couple of real ways: we gave professional headshots and ran a LinkedIn optimization workshop for 10 WEST participants building their career presence, and we brought on a WEST participant as an intern, mentoring her through hands-on PPC and Meta ads work.
An award for “new partnership” isn’t really about us. It’s about what happens when an organization like WEST decides an agency like ours is worth building something with. We got to watch career-driven women come into that program ready to learn, and we got to be a small part of what happens next for them.
