Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Web Developer & CRO Specialist who excels in both web development and conversion rate optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing websites that drive e-commerce conversions and lead generation for our clients. Your ability to understand user behavior, automate tasks, and solve complex technical challenges will be essential in enhancing the overall digital experience.
Responsibilities
Web Development
- Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress (Elementor & WooCommerce) and Shopify.
- Ensure the digital presence aligns with clients’ business goals and brand.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Analyze user behavior and the customer journey using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
- Optimize conversion rates for e-commerce and lead generation sites.
Automation
- Utilize Zapier and Make.com to automate repetitive tasks and develop custom code solutions.
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Set up tracking with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
- Create insightful reports to measure performance and identify areas for optimization.
Custom Code Development
- Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to implement advanced features and improve SEO.
E-commerce Platforms
- Build and customize Shopify and WooCommerce sites, integrating plugins and custom code for optimal performance.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with Brand Managers, Marketing Coordinators, and SEO/SEM Specialists.
- Manage multiple web projects, delivering high-quality results on time.
Website Maintenance & Technical Support
- Regularly update and maintain website security, performance, and functionality.
- Troubleshoot complex website issues, including hosting and server performance.
Communication
- Excellent written and verbal English skills to ensure content is error-free.
